Trading in Shares

Pursuant to the publication of financial reports and
in accordance with Article 19(11) of the MAR1 Regulation in force from 3 July 2016. „(…) a person discharging managerial responsibilities within an issuer shall not conduct any transactions on its own account or for the account of a third party, directly or indirectly, relating to the shares or debt instruments of the issuer or to derivatives or other financial instruments linked to them during a closed period of 30 calendar days before the announcement of an interim financial report or a year-end report (…)”.

Protection of confidential information

As a consequence of having access to confidential information within the meaning of Article 19(1) of the MAR, persons having access to confidential information may not, in particular before publication:

• use confidential information,
• disclose confidential information to unauthorised persons and entities,
• make recommendations or encourage the acquisition or disposal of financial instruments,
• trade in securities issued by the Company and related financial instruments, attempt to make such transactions, as well as modify or cancel orders after having acquired confidential information.
