GDPR Information Clause

    e-mail: [email protected] (hereinafter: POZBUD).
  2. Your personal data are processed for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the data controller, i.e. building a positive image of POZBUD by answering your inquiries about what POZBUD offers or the company itself, and may be processed to perform a contract or take steps aimed at entering into and performing a contract.
  3. The basis for the processing of personal data is Art. 6(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR) – the legitimate interests pursued by the controller, i.e. building a positive image of POZBUD, Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR – consent to the presentation of the POZBUD commercial offer, and possibly Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – performance of a contract or taking steps aimed at entering into a contract.
  4. Categories of personal data recipients: e-mail provider, IT company handling IT systems of POZBUD, (possibly) subcontractors of POZBUD dedicated to presenting POZBUD commercial offers or promoting the company’s image.
  5. Personal data will be processed until the issue indicated in your inquiries is exhausted, the POZBUD commercial offer is presented, and in the case of conclusion of a contract – for the period of its performance and for the period of limitation of any claims arising from the contract, including until the warranty period expires (when a warranty is provided).
  6. You have the right to access, rectify and erase data, restrict its processing, object to processing and the right to transfer personal data, provided that the right to transfer personal data applies only to data processed in an exclusively automated manner.
  7. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. Your data is provided voluntarily, but failure to provide it would result in the inability to respond to your inquiries, present the POZBUD commercial offer, perform a contract or take steps to conclude and perform a contract.
